Eastbourne Pier cuts across the frame as the sun rises directly beneath it, pushing light through the iron structure and out across the wet sand below. The reflection stretches and breaks with the surface, shifting as the water moves. Above, the structure stays detailed and rigid. Below, everything softens and pulls away, with the light carrying through both.
